Where is my order?

You will receive an EMAIL once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Signature is required, if you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up yourself. 

When will an item be back in stock?

We often restock our best sellers and if that is not possible we replace them with a similar style. Please keep checking back on our site and Instagram page for any restock updates. 

Can I Return/Exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Refunds. If you wish to return an item, we will issue you store credit that can be used towards your next purchase on the website at anytime. If you would like to Exchange an item or receive store credit please return it within 7 days after delivery. Discounted items are FINAL SALE. (Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie are NONE refundable) 

Please be careful when trying on the garments, if there are any stains it will not be accepted. 

Do you provide Return labels?

No, we do not offer return labels as returns are made at the customers own cost. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?

Please make sure your shipping and billing address match or we will have to cancel the order.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email to thedamtrend@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY after receiving your package with your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect/faulty item as well as the packing slip. Failure to report a faulty item after receiving your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
