Return Policy:

We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

  1. Items returned within 5 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
  2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be ineligible to receive store credit. 
  3. Bodysuits, Swimsuits and Furs are FINAL SALE.
  4. All items are returned to The DAM Trend at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

    If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service IMMEDIATELY.

    Failure to follow these rules The DAM Trend reserve the right to not credit you.  

     

    Shipping Policy:

    Please be aware that all orders are processed in 24 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).

    Orders generally ship within 2 business days after purchase. 

    Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

    All orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday. 

    Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

    USPS Priority: $9.00 (3-5 business days)

    USPS Express: $20.00 (1-3 business days)

    Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $100.00
